Returns & Exchanges

Return Timeframe & Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings (all types including drops and studs)
  • Hair Accessories that have been opened or used

All other items in our collection – including our popular Athletic Shoes, Boots, Dresses, Bottoms, and other accessories – are eligible for return within the specified timeframe.

What’s Refunded

We refund the cost of the returned items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we sent the wrong item or a defective product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process
