Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product analysis, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons:

- Hair Accessories that have been opened or used
All other items in our collection – including Athletic Shoes, Boots, Dresses, Bottoms, and other accessories – are eligible for return within the specified timeframe.
